Users may request deletion of an account or removal of data related to their use of Zentivy.
How to request deletion
Send your request to contato@zentivy.com.br. Include the email address or information that may help us locate the related data.
If there is no active login
Even if Zentivy does not currently provide an active account or login area for you, you may still request removal of any data that may be related to your use of the platform.
Response time
Zentivy will review and respond to account deletion or data removal requests within up to 15 business days.
Scope
This request applies to data controlled by Zentivy. Data held by partner marketplaces or stores must be requested directly from those third-party services.
